How often is a hedge fund contact list updated?

The Hedge Fund Contacts file includes twelve months of updates with the $497 purchase. What that means, and how we date the public count.

A contact file goes stale. People leave. Firms move. Mailboxes change.

That is why the purchase includes updates, and why every public count on this site carries an as-of date.

What you get with the file

Price is $497 one time. Twelve months of updates are included. There is no autorenew and no stored card for a subscription.

The file you download is the current workbook at the time of purchase. Updates during that twelve months are the same product: the complete list, Excel and CSV, not a country slice.

How we date the public number

As of 15 August 2026 the file includes 5,110 hedge fund managers. That is a count of hedge-fund rows in the current workbook. It is our file, not a regulator census.

When the list is refreshed, 5,110 and the as-of date move together. The coverage page is the source of record. How many hedge funds repeats the same dated tables.

We do not publish a weekly refresh calendar on this page. We do not invent a “last verified on” stamp for each row.

What an update is not

  • Not a new product
  • Not a second invoice
  • Not a live job board or a live AUM tape

Public fund profiles are a smaller archive. Emails stay in the file.
