Hedge fund emails are rarely on the public website. A firm site will give you a street address, a main phone, and sometimes a generic info@ or contact form. Direct addresses for the people who actually reply sit in filings, staff pages, and researched contact files.
This page is the honest version of that search. It does not invent a verification rate. It does not teach a cold-email script.
The firm website. Name, city, strategy language, and a phone. Some managers publish a team page. Many do not.
SEC and IAPD records (US advisers). Form ADV is the public filing for registered advisers. It is good for legal name, address, ownership, and whether the firm is an adviser at all. It is not an email directory. Item 1 will not hand you four executive inboxes.
Company registries and news. Useful for confirming that a firm still exists and who is named as a principal. Still not a mailbox.
LinkedIn. Good for names and titles. Bad for emails. Do not treat a guessed firstname@domain as a found address.
If you only need to confirm a firm is real, stop here. If you need to write to a named person, you need a source that actually collected the address.
Hedge Fund Contacts publishes a public profile for many managers at https://hedgefundcontacts.com/blog/{slug}/. Those pages show the firm, address, phone, and named people where we have them.
Emails are not on the public profile. They are in the downloadable file. That is deliberate. The profile is a lookup page. The file is the product.
As of 15 August 2026 the complete file covers 5,110 hedge fund managers. Public profile URLs are a smaller set than the file. The file is the complete product; the profiles are not a second list. The split is on the coverage page.
One Excel workbook and a CSV. One-time price $497. Twelve months of updates. No autorenew.
The buyer file has two sheets:
Use Main email when you are writing the firm. Use the People sheet when you are writing a person. Empty cells mean we do not have that address — do not fill them with a guess.
The sample file shows the same shape with a handful of rows. Start there if you are not ready to buy.
Import steps (Excel, Sheets, Salesforce, HubSpot) are on Use the list in Excel or a CRM. Column names are on the field glossary.
This is not a performance database. It is not LP names, fees, or returns. It is not a license to spam.
If you send email, follow the rules that apply to you (CAN-SPAM, PECR, CASL, and your own counsel). We sell a contact file. We do not run your outreach.
