The file has more than one email column on purpose. They are not interchangeable.
The firm inbox. IR, a general desk, or the address the website already hints at. Use it when you are writing the company, not a person.
There is often a Careers Email as well. That is for recruiting. Do not send a sales pitch there.
A named person. On the People sheet each row is Name, Position, Company, Email. Filter Company to the firm, then pick the title you actually want.
Public fund profiles may show the name. They do not show the email. That stays in the download.

| To reach a recruiter / HR | Careers Email |
| To reach a named PM, founder, or partner | People sheet |
| The person is not on the People sheet | Main email, and ask for the right desk |
