Hedge fund contact list for recruiters

Careers email, a hiring flag when we have it, and a People sheet. Not a $20k terminal.

Recruiters do not need returns, peer groups, or LP names. They need to know the firm is real, whether a careers inbox exists, and who is already named.

That is a contact list, not an allocator database.

What you actually use

  • Careers Email — write here for roles, not for a sales pitch.
  • Hiring flag — when the cell is filled, it is a hint, not a live job board. Empty means we do not have a flag, not “they are not hiring.”
  • People sheet — Name, Position, Company, Email for named principals. Useful for a targeted reach-out. Not a substitute for the careers inbox.
  • Firm row — website, city, phone, Main email if careers is empty.

As of 15 August 2026 the file has 5,110 hedge fund managers. That is our file count (how many, coverage), not a jobs census.

What we will not do on this page

  • Publish a table of firms that are “hiring now” (that needs a CombinedMaster extract and an as-of date; not this pass).
  • Put personal emails on a public HTML page.
  • Invent a placement rate.

How to work the file

  1. Sample first, so you see the columns.
  2. Filter to the cities or strategies you cover.
  3. Prefer Careers Email. Use People only when you have a reason to write a named person.
  4. Import with the Excel / CRM notes.

One-time price $497. Twelve months of updates. No autorenew.
