Hedge fund contact list for sales

Sales and BD teams need a firm row, a main mailbox, and named people. What is in the $497 file, and what is not.

Sales and business development teams do not need returns or LP names. They need a real firm, a mailbox that is meant for outreach, and a way to import the row.

That is a contact list, not an allocator database.

What you actually use

  • Main email — the firm mailbox for vendors, data, and prime services. Not a careers inbox.
  • People sheet — Name, Position, Company, Email when you have a reason to write a named person.
  • Firm row — legal name, website, city, phone, and the rest of the contact columns we publish in the file.
  • Coverage — as of 15 August 2026 the file has 5,110 hedge fund managers. That is our file (how many, coverage), not a TAM estimate.

How Main email differs from a direct address is on main vs direct email.

What this page will not do

  • Invent a reply rate or a close rate
  • Put personal emails on a public HTML page
  • Sell a country or strategy slice

Recruiting is a different job. That walkthrough is a list for recruiters.

How to work the file

  1. Start with the sample so you see the shape.
  2. Filter to the cities or strategies you cover.
  3. Prefer Main email for a first write. Use the People sheet when you already know the person.
  4. Import with the Excel / CRM notes.

One complete list: Excel and CSV, $497 one time, twelve months of updates, no autorenew. Emails stay in the file, not on the public profiles.
